Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile as they arrive at the restaurant Escort guests to their tables and provide menus Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart Assist in coordinating the flow of guests to ensure efficient table turnover Engage in pleasant conversation with guests, answer their questions, and provide recommendations as needed Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception area and waiting area Uphold a professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards at all times Required Skills and
Qualifications:
