The Server/Bartender will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience Take and input accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely and efficient manner Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards and policies Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area, including resetting tables and ensuring cleanliness of all dining surfaces Handle cash and credit card payments accurately and efficiently Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery Required Work Experience, Skills, or Education:
High school diploma or equivalent 1
years of experience as a server or bartender in a fast-paced restaurant environment Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques and protocols Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Flexible schedule, including availability on nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, lift up to 25 pounds, and bend, reach, and stoop as needed Preferred
Qualifications:
